Degree students participate in the Understanding Design festival

A group of ELISAVA's degree students participate this month in a workshop led by Studio Ilio within the framework of the annual festival Understanding Design.

The workshop's participants, titled Rearranging the Habitat, will have to create a set of snapshots that will redefine the common scenery. In this sense, and through the reinterpretation of the found and recycled materials, an experimental approach will be seek in order to design and create a new significance for our daily habitat.

Next Wednesday 16 of May the results will be presented. The presentation, open to the public and of free entry, will take place from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Atri Room (1st floor), in ELISAVA.

Understanding Design is an annual festival about the contemporary design culture that takes place in Barcelona. A program for professionals and young creatives that encompasses a variety of activities structured around the experimental, multidisciplinary, industrial and artisan area of design.
